Popped sorghum is a favorite at home; a snack made by our grandmothers that has been enjoyed by each generation.

Every time a fresh batch was made - it was gone the same day! Eventually our team (and family) decided to share this dangerously addicting snack with our friends. When they wouldn't stop asking for more, we realized that this traditional street snack from the state of Gujarat, in India, was meant to be shared for everyone to enjoy!

That's how Poplettes was brought to life, in 2017. A chance to celebrate tradition, share our passion as foodies, and drive impact in our community through snacking.
